Given the current state of affairs, perhaps it is best to restructure our nation as a "bank holding company" and seek a bailout from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) or another similar institution. "Privatizing profits and socializing losses!" What a great slogan. I vaguely recall it used to be "United We Stand"? An interesting question that does come to mind is what will happen to UAW if the Big Three are to go under? Will this break the union? Unlikely due to the intervention by the next administration?
